Saturday Morning Meditation - please call Lynne to join

This weekly Mindfulness Meditation Session is for those people who have completed my courses or who have a Mindfulness/Meditation  practice already.  It is to help you maintain a regular Mindfulness Meditation practice and to provide you with ongoing support and motivation. 

This meditation is 

Saturday 9:30-11:30 am

40-50 minutes in length

Venue:  The Meditation Room
