4 week Express Mindfulness Meditation Course

This 4 week Express Mindfulness Meditation course will teach you the basic & fundamental aspects of Mindfulness.  It is 2 hours per week over 4 weeks and covers an introduction to Mindfulness, Mindfulness of Breath, body, emotion and living Mindfully.  Each week is a mixture of guided meditation, theory and discussion.

Starts Thursday 14th November 6-8pm

January 9th 2020 - 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation Course

Start 2020 with learning the amazing benefits of Mindfulness and join the 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation Course designed by the Gawler Foundation

This 8 week course is 2 hours per week and each week we cover different aspects of mindfulness including theory, discussion, principles of practice and guided mindfulness meditations.  Over the 8 weeks you will learn everything you need to know to understand Mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your everyday life in a way that is beneficial for you.

This course starts Thursday the 9th January 6-8pm
